Pork middles and all its parts i.e. bellies, tenderloins, belly trim and fat (except back which is used in production of our own bacon), can be delivered worldwide, wholesale and retail to all of our customers/potential customers either in single units or bulk, fresh or frozen. We are also able to supply collars and shoulders on request.

We pack according to customer’s requirements.

Wijnen Meat is very proud to be the first factory that produced 3mm desinewed minced pork with a baader machine, using ribs- and collarbones only. We have years of experience in this type of production having the ability to sell this product for general production.
