Wijnen Poultry “first Quality – Quality first” branded chicken fillets are produced each week in volume for the UK and Greek market and have the capability to ship to any other worldwide destination.

The raw material is sourced from the finest Halal certified slaughter houses of Brazil, and then tumbled to produce 70%, 80% or 90% meat content. 
We can of course produce to your own specification if required.

Wijnen Poultry chicken fillets are being used in hotels, restaurants and within the catering industry.

Wijnen Poultry frozen chicken fillets are packed in 10 kg cartons with 4 layers of 2.5 kgs each.
